Your support helps us fund grant programs focused on health care, housing, hunger and human services across our great state, award scholarships to Civic Credit Union (Civic) members, and initiate statewide programs that advance the Civic Foundation's mission. How to Join:

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Select Join Civic + The Foundation below to complete the short membership application.
  2. When asked “How are you eligible?” choose Become a Friend of the Foundation.
  3. That’s it—you’ll become both a Civic member and a Friend of the Foundation in one simple step.

Cost: $40 total

  • $25 one-time membership deposit at the Credit Union
  • $15 annual tax-deductible donation to become a Friend of the Foundation

Whether you're already part of the Civic family or just want to support the Foundation's programming, becoming a Friend of the Foundation is easy.

  2. Pay the $15 annual membership fee (tax-deductible) to support our programs.
  3. Renew each year to stay connected and continue making a difference.
